“We reached early and they charged $75 extra on top of room rent to check in early. I didnt like this where our stay in the room was less than a day. Other than this. No complains. We stayed one night only.”

“I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. We didn't stay, the rooms were open for someone else to stay in, they still could've been filled...

“Very nice and clean hotel”

“I needed a place to stay near the airport because of a missed connection. It worked out perfectly. The room was big and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, also there is a free shuttle to the airport. Great option when you need to stay overnight before your flight.”

“I did like being placed in a handicapped room without my consent. It was very uncomfortable for someone who had no need for it. It was my worse stay at a Marriott hotel.”

“The airport shuttle was great. They would take us anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel, and that included The Henry Ford Museum. Unfortunately, I was sick the whole time we were there and thankful I had a nice clean room to stay in. That was the extent of my vacation.”

“Great place. We booked a suite at this hotel after a bad Airbnb experience. The hotel staff was awesome. There were no issues checking-in and the place had a decent view, Quality of breakfast is good. We will book it again.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Staff and breakfast were good”

“There was door almming and baninging noise throughout the stay that seemded to be either structula.problem or maintenance issue. I also had issue with a group of young prople being loud for hours late at night. I called front desk but the clerk just said she will call the police. The noise continues well past 1am. I would not come back for sure.”
